My name is Lynda Garcia. I started my daycare three years ago without knowing much about paperwork, documentation, insurance, and even less about how to deal with parents when they came to my home, among so many other things I didn’t know. I felt alone and overwhelmed. One day, while searching for information on how to open a daycare, I found Mrs. Leidy’s videos on her YouTube channel. At that moment, my life had a before and after, because I found guidance, advice, experience, and knowledge I didn’t have, all accessible at any time. I watched every video at my own pace, always taking notes to apply them in my daycare. One day, while watching one of her videos, Mrs. Leidy said she had monthly Zoom classes, and I signed up right away.
