Hi, I’m Leidy — a proud Peruvian-Latina entrepreneur, director of the Bilingual Learning Center, and founder of Mrs. Leidy Business Academy. Like many of you, I faced the challenge of starting a childcare in a country where English wasn’t my first language.
Along the way, I realized how hard it is to find the right tools, guidance, and support as an immigrant provider. I felt overwhelmed, confused, and unsure of how to take the next step.
That’s why I created this academy — so no woman has to go through it alone. Here, you’ll find practical tools, step-by-step training, and a supportive community that truly understands your journey.
Today, I’m living the American dream: I’m a mom, a wife, a businesswoman, and a mentor to women who are building something meaningful for their families.
